Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective upon arrival, provided you contact us within one week of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The inner packaging has been opened.
• The item has been scratched or soiled while in your possession.
• The original shipping box is missing.
• The product page states that the item is not eligible for return.

We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and inspect its condition.
